Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to House Bo Rovinj. By booking and staying at our property, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a pleasant stay.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Reservation Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email from House Bo Rovin.

  • Payment Terms: A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 15 days before arrival” or “upon check-in

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfers or  cash

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Guest-Initiated Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund.​

    • Cancellations made less than 29 days before arrival are non-refundable.​

  • Owner-Initiated Cancellations: In the unlikely event that House Borovinj must cancel your reservation, a full refund will be provided.​

4. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In: From 4:00 PM – 8: 00 PM. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance.​

  • Check-Out: By 10:00 AM”] on the departure date.

5. House Rules

  • Occupancy: Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. The maximum occupancy is 4 persons.​

  • Pets: Pets are not allowed.

  • Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property..​

  • Noise: Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM

  • Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay and will be charged accordingly.​

6. Liability

House Borovinj is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to secure their valuables and have appropriate travel insurance.​

7. Complaints

Any complaints should be reported immediately to email [email protected]  to allow us to address and resolve the issue promptly.​

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia

9. Amendments

House Bo Rovinj reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any significant changes prior to their stay.
